• Introductory Session:
Here is an opportunity for an overview of the Connecting Communication process. You will learn what it is and how it will work for you.
Free 30 minute session available for groups.

• Core Training:
Three sessions of four hours, each focus on communication blocks, connecting communications techniques and practice using situations from work and home. Some elements of the training are underlying assumptioms, the four step process, three ways to connect and obstacles to listening.

Workshop $190

• Advanced Practice:
Deepen and integrate the skills you learned in Core Training.

Two hour session: $35

• Beyond Praise:
How to fully express your appreciation for what someone has done to enrich your life.
Two hour session: $35

• Resolving Anger:
Learn the value of anger and how to use it as a tool to sort out what you really want.
Prerequisite: Core Training workshop
4 hours $65

Evaluations/feedback (written and verbal), creating clear communications, teambuilding, conflict resolution and management training

The workshops are most effective with groups of 4-12 people. This size allows Catharine to customize them to each groups specific objectives and enables her to give personal attention to each participant. Please contact Catharine to discuss the needs of your group and to obtain a quote for her services.
